I enjoy finding new and creative ways to do things and bring people together. I have a background in global youth development and inclusion of individuals with intellectual disabilities. In this space I have been a project manager, event director, curriculum developer, branding specialist, and grant administrator. My current role support independent insurance agents with focus on professional development and education to support emerging leaders nationwide.

I have a degree in Management Communication from North Dakota State University, and minors in Business Administration and Community Development. As a native Arizonian, to a transplant North Dakotan, I am well versed on different temperatures and acclimating to my environment. As an enneagram one, I am principled, purposeful and self-controlled. Key motivators include: striving for the best, identifying opportunities for improvement, advocating for change, and being consistent with personal ideals.
I am an ethical and responsible leader. I like to use roadmaps to track progress and achieve excellence, I appreciate processes and structure, I am very detail-oriented and constantly look for ways to stay organized and increase efficiencies.
