about me
I am passionate about bringing people together through meaningful events and experiences. With a background in global youth development and inclusion for individuals with intellectual disabilities, I have led and executed a wide range of programs and events, serving as a project manager, event director, curriculum developer, branding specialist, and grant administrator. In my current role, I design and lead national in-person and virtual events that support the professional development of independent insurance agents and emerging leaders across the country.
I hold a degree in Management Communication from North Dakota State University, with minors in Business Administration and Community Development. As a native Arizonan turned North Dakotan, I am well versed in adapting to new environments (and temperatures!). In my free time, I enjoy reading, crafting, and learning new things. Fact Finder (7): My best way of gathering and sharing information is to specify. I will do in-depth research, establish specific priorities, rank order of processes, define objectives and terms with exactness, create analogies, and share what is needed as appropriate for any situation.
-
Follow Thru (6): My best way of organizing is to maintain. I will package things that fit together, adjust procedures, monitor policies and realign objectives as needed, coordinate schedules, draft guidelines, provide transitions, and keep order.

Quick Start (4): My best way of dealing with risks and uncertainty is to modify. I will participate in experiments, create responses to challenges, try new ideas, use metaphors, interject spontaneously, adjust deadlines, reduce risks, and mediate between a vision and reality when needed.

Implementor (3): My best way of tackling space and tangibles is to envision. I will create virtual presentations, conceptualize solutions, brainstorm circumstances, sketch ideas, simulate situations, and pull ideas out of 'thin air.'
