I have experience using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise programming to create online e-Learning courses. I understand how e-Learning courses interact within an LMS and have translated courses into multiple languages.

I have used Google Suite to organize day-to-day tasks and collaborate with others, both personally and professionally. I have managed files and projects for multiple organizations and large projects.

SMARTSHEETS

I have used Smartsheets as a project management tool for multiple projects. Most common uses include categorizing personal data, collecting information from Forms, and managing project requests.

CANVA

I have used Canva for over five years to create reports, infographics, social media posts, videos, and other marketing materials. I have experience creating content to match branding guidelines and public image.

META BUSINESS

I have used Meta for Business to support social operations for a local business. I am experienced with posting, commenting, and responding to followers through the web-based and mobile apps.

WIX

I have over five years of experience with using Wix platform. I have built sites from scratch and updated content on existing sites to match tone and branding. This website is also a creation on Wix!

EASY-TO-READ

I understand how to use Easy-To-Read guidelines. When developing materials and creating resources, Easy-To-Read guidelines make content more accessible to individuals who have difficulty reading.

OFFICE SUITE

I have completed multiple in-person and online courses on use of Office Suite. I use applications like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook on a daily basis.

ZOOM

I have been using Zoom since 2018 as a remote employee. Through the platform, I have managed breakout rooms, simultaneous translations, recordings, and webinars for audiences between 1-250 people.

MARCH 2025 - PRESENT 

DIRECTOR OF DIVERSITY, INCLUSION & YOUNG AGENTS

Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America 

Plans and executes national in-person and virtual events for Young Agents and Diversity programs, reaching more than 1,500 participants nationwide through thoughtfully curated content, speaker engagement, and seamless event logistics. Oversees the National Young Agents Committee and Diversity Council by managing monthly meetings, fostering relationships with state associations and sponsors, and advancing professional development and fundraising initiatives.

 

SEPTEMBER 2022 - PRESENT

Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America

Coordinated projects across Education and Young Agents programs. Developed and monitored deadlines for organization events. Liaison for state Young Agents chairs, staff, and National Young Agents Committee (YAC).

Special Olympics International

Responsible for driving forward the Lead to Include Project programming globally. Managed the schedule of Youth Leadership Summits occurring at regional, country, and local levels. Oversaw the planning and execution of Global Youth Leadership Summits. In conjunction with Youth Leadership Summit curriculum, managed

e-learning content for Global Youth & Education department by developing curriculum pathways and supporting with content design.

Special Olympics International 

Supported the planning and execution of Youth Leadership Summits both in-person and online. Processed sub-grant distribution and drafted grant applications. Managed data collection and reporting processes to communicate project impact externally.

GLOBAL YOUTH ENGAGEMENT INTERN

Special Olympics International 

Supported on-site event management and participant experience for 170 individuals at Global Youth Leadership Summit in Abu Dhabi as part of 2019 Special Olympics World Summer Games. Managed approval and distribution of 100 micro-grants for young people to lead inclusive projects globally. Assisted with development of project management trainings for young people with and without intellectual disabilities.

Coordinated events and activities for over 600 tenants across eight properties. Managed internal building operations. Developed external marketing materials for tenant events. Supported with showings and lease signings throughout the year.
